Rating: - Great for Graphics Design department!
I just ordered two of these for our Graphics artists and wow! These things are amazing and give so much more control than a regular mouse. The things you can do are endless! A great, great product!
Not that it makes a big difference but I was wondering why it came with Elements 5.0 instead of 6.0. (I also ordered the blue one and it came with 6.0.)
Rating: - A real pleasure
It's wonderful. I don't regret what it cost me, there's a huge difference with my previous tablet (a Trust TB 4200). The size is perfect, the device highly sensitive, and they did a great job on textures. I can't be happier.
I really recommend it to beginners looking for a tablet. It's really easy to use. Practically just plug and play! And the softwares included are a bonus.
Rating: - No Comparison
Really. I have nothing to compare it to, as this is my first tablet. I even thought Wacom was a discount brand!
Anyway, it works well. Easy install, a rather clumsy interface, learning to use all of it's features was a real pain, but once that is done you're rolling. And the thing feels solid. I did do one thing wrong, though. When ... Read More

I bought the Bamboo Fun Medium to do basic photo touch ups. The pen was very sensitive, and the size was easy to hold in one hand and draw with the other. But my major complaint was that I can not use it at home. I live near a AM radio tower, and the Tablet freaks out because of the radio interference. The screen cursor jumps all over and can not be controlled by the pen. I can use the tablet at work, on the same laptop I would use at home. When I put the tablet in a metal box, (Faraday Cage), it ... Read More
Rating: - Not just Fun!
I bought this as a replacement for an Intuos 2 that went off to college with my son. It is every bit as good for my purposes as the '2 (Photoshop). I believe Intuos gave it "silly" names to discourage professional/prosumer users from buying it, thus protecting their high-end line. The feel is great, I really don't notice a big difference from the '2 except I like the added "zoom pad" and function keys. Its also thinner than the '2 which is good.
