Overall these are good products. I am using them in my HP Officejet J6480 All-in-One Printer. The prices listed on Amazon are not too bad. I've seen the cartridges for as low as $12.00, but $15.00 seems more of the average. However, if your printer can handle them, I'd suggest purchasing the HP 75XL Tri-color Inkjet Print Cartridge which contains roughly three times the ink for roughly twice the cost of these cartridges. After ordering, I received a confirmation e-mail with a completely wrong delivery address. I tried correcting this through both e-mail and phone. It took way too much time and never did get resolved. They kept saying "wait another few days". I finally went to the store and bought my ink. When I canceled the order, I requested that they refund me the shipping charges since it wasn't my fault that they sent to an address I never had. This ink is fine. I don't have much experience with this type yet, as I have only been using it a month, but it seems to work quite well. There has been no clogging, or any other common ink problem, and the printer I have has an early warning system to tell you when it is starting to get low. So I would recommend this ink.
