The Snug is great for Nano use, especially when running. When I ran with a standard ipod in the Snug it bounced around a lot due to the elasticity of the materials. Buy the Snug for Nano use only.

This is for an older I Pod. It is thicker than the newer ones. It is great for holding the IPod during a work out.

This product is terrible. The iPod stays in the flexible pouch fine, but the material the pouch is made from is too flexible and the armband is only held on by a small and narrow piece of bungee fabric. This results in the iPod swaying all over the place because the band does not have a wide enough stance and the pouch material is too flexy. Rating: - Decent for basic running needs
Ok for the average runner and or jogger. Not really great to use at the gym though. The holder moves around too much not keeping the ipod stationary.
