MapPont is an excellent mapping software. Finds locations accurately and has a built in link to MapPoint's website that provides aerial views of the location. The only flaw that I have discover in the software is that MapPoint does not allow you to export the locations (points) with simple geographic data attached, such as latitude and longitude coordinates, census tracts, and zip codes.
