Rating: - Watch out for 'Made in India' batch!
The 100 spindle package of DVD+R I just received from Amazon are the dreaded 'Made in India' batch. Most reviews rate these as far inferior to the 'Made in Taiwan' product. Buyer beware.

I've been using Verbatim for several years now. I've burned over 500 DVDs with them, and never had a coaster. I got this batch and burned about 8 of them and they were not burning as good. When it starts to verify the burn the speed would go up and down between the 0.1x and 4.0x range, which was annoying the hell out of me. I thought these were bad. I only had about 3 coasters in the whole lot. Excellent dvd's. I used them for burning movies.

always check the media ID of your blanks!, not the brand name, the media id of these discs are top quality so u get reliable burns everytime and hardly ever do u get a coaster..u can safely buy a batch of these and never be disappointed- they retain an even better image quality when doing multimedia or video discs
