Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Great for the Price - TRENDnet Cable/DSL 4-Port WIRED Broadband Router
I needed a wired router for 2 home desktop computers. This TrendNet does a very good job at a great price. Documentation is good and I have had no problems at all. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a Wired Cable router at an economical price.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Support is terrible
Router freezes every time an attempt is made to upload a file to the web. Tech support is terrible. After waiting 10 minutes on hold I was able to speak with a tech who barely spoke English. Without trying to diagnose the problem he suggested that it would just be easier for me to return the router. Problem is, it's 6 months old and the store will not take it back. Thankfully the cost was only $35. The last TRENDnet router I'll ever buy.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Fast Router, Easy Setup
I bought this Trendnet to replace an old Netgear router, which was still working fine, except it couldn't keep Outlook connected to its remote Exchange server. I suspected that the old router was too slow to handle the RPC over http (Exchange Proxy) connection that Outlook uses, but I wasn't sure. So I was looking for a new and ultra-low-cost router to see if it would fix the problem. This router solved the problem immediately - in fact Outlook connects faster from home now than it does at the office. ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Good cheap router
I am quite happy with the router - easy to setup, good functionality. Had no trouble whatsoever with it.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Customer service/Tech Service is a joke
I called Tech Service and after holding for five or ten minutes I got a rep. and was told they would need to
call me back. I never got a call back.
I returned the router.
