Rating: - It's an overview book.
Don't pick up this book thinking it will teach how to use office 2007. This is more of a large sales brochure for what is new in office 2007.

Rating: - Not What Expected
This book wasn't what I thought it would be. If you just want information about office 2007 then i guess its ok. If you want something to actually show you all the features with some tutorials then buy something else.

Rating: - do you really need to upgrade to this 2007 version?
Murray skims through the many incremental changes in MS Office 2007. Given that Microsoft has hundreds of programmers that maintain their Office suite, it should be no surprise that the book has plenty of new material.
But if you are going to read this book, you should mentally step back and ask yourself if the upgrade's changes will actually be used by you. The bulk of the book deals with incremental refinements. Chances are that the existing MS Office you're already using is plenty adequate.
