I consider myself a power user, and I still learned things about Office 2007 by browsing through this book. I bought it for my wife to learn the new features in Office 2007 and I ended up keeping it for myself! It is a good reference (you can quickly thumb through to find things), and a good exploration tool. I found myself time and again saying "I didn't know you could do that".
