I love this netbook.I added 1GB of RAM [Not a must,but you can never be too thin,too rich and have too much RAM]Had a problem getting the 2GB recognized,recognized the 2GB module as 1GB.Had to go into BIOS,All AOK now.The resolution is fine,battery life about 3 1/2 hours.I got a netbook Skin from [...] and it looks [...] with a NICE padded case also.I now run the gamut in sizes,8.9,15.6 and 17.

I bought this laptop form tigerdirect becuase amazon showed the shipping the product in 1 or 2 months. The netbook is fast. But the keyboard is little difficult. May be I will be ok once i get used to it.
but the spacebar, i have to press it on the center otherwise there is no space. So far i like the netbook. i am mainly using for chatting, twittering, facebook and surfing. But in future i am planning to upgrade the Ram to 2 GB.

I thought that this was a great deal until it stopped booting less than a week after I got it. It shut down happily and never came back. The ASUS tech support people were unhelpful. Fortunately I can return it through Amazon. The size is great, but the old saying that you get what you pay for is true.

This is my second Asus Eee PC and I love these little powerhouses. They do exactly what I need for them to do and even more--I'm a writer and editor--and take up very little space. I did my research before I bought one (the significant other is a tech geek and I trust his knowledge) and I liked what I discovered.
