Rating:  - Solves Many Media Problems
Using the latest version of Roxio Creator will keep me as a customer. More improvements and features were put into the package, certainly enough for me to get my money's worth. That's saying a lot for a user like me who still uses MS Office 2000. With new devices and formats for media I guess it is necessary to keep up with the upgrades though.

Don't waste your hard earned money on this product. I had Easy Creator 9 that I have been using until I purchased a new PC and needed new software for burning movies to DVD and making CD's. Since this came with the USB capture device, I thought I would give it a try. You have to open so many programs to capture, edit and finally burn that it is too confusing, and half the time it crashes. Thank goodness the capture device is recognized by Pinnacle ver 9. Roxio Creator 2009 is an update to the popular Roxio Easy Media Creator 10. The update provides a much smoother and visually appealing interface than its predecessor and now supports processing HD and Blu-ray DVDs through an additional cost add-in available from Roxio. Since I do not have a Blu-ray capable reader, I did not try this add-in. Product arrive on time,and in good condition. This was an upgrade from an older version I had, love the program.
