I just purchased this product yesterday. It did not take me long to set it up. If you followed the directions to the letter it really should not be hard. It takes more time waiting for the different downloads. I think a lot of people get confused when they don't have the ID name and their password code. It really should not take 7 hours to get this up and going. I am not computer savvy however I would put my skills as medium compared to others. Rating:  - Poor Scanning Construction, No duplex support as advertised
I purchased this product after my HP 5610 stopped working. I make heavy use of the ADF scanning and noticed the Epson Workforce 500 was billed as supported duplex printing. Both of these selling points failed to perform as expected and I returned the unit.
There is no duplex printing support on this device. Despite marketing speech to the contrary the only double sided printing support is that a window pops up on your screen requesting you to turn the sheet of paper around to print ... Read More

I purchased this product solely based on the reviews on this site. Five days out of the box, I'm a bit underwhelmed. My dissatisfaction is primarily related to printer setup. Despite the firm assertions of some, you can follow the product's installation instructions to the letter, and still struggle.
