I was surprised how much better World of Warcraft looked after installing this card. I am not a techie but had no trouble putting it in my computer. Everything went very well.
Rating: - best performance for the price
Waited for a long time to get a reasonably priced graphics card so that I can play Half-life 2. Allows me to play at great frame rates and it should last a couple of years. Installation was a snap. No problems with it so far.

Rating: - WOULD NOT RUN IN PCI-E 16X SLOT, ONLY PCI-E 8X!
I have a brand new Gigabyte GA-EP45 motherboard. When I installed the EVGA 9800GT onto the PCI-E 16x slot, Windows XP refused to enable it from the Device Manager. The screen would go blank with a blinking cursor in the upper left corner of the screen when I tried. When doing a direct Nvidia driver installation, the screen would blank out during the installation. Windows XP would then revert to it's VGASave drivers which resulted in a slow computer!
