The card received was the correct radeon model with proper memory size but had a simple heat sink rather than a cooling fan as shown in the image on the site. I am greatly dissapointed about the false advertisement.

The card I received, after making a purchase via this listing, did not have an HDMI output between the DVI and VGA outputs, as shown in the photo. Instead, it had an S-VIDEO output. One DVI adapter was provided, but it supported another VGA monitor connection, not HDMI. Two other adapters were provided for the S-Video port. They supported composite and component video.
