Rating:  - Zen is Amazing
Creative Zen products are amazing. I'm so mad that I purchased an Ipod for myself before checking into Zen. This was a gift for my husband and the sound quality is amazing, and it even has built in speakers, so you don't need the earbuds as the only option, or an expensive speaker system. I would recommend this product to anybody that wants an MP3 player. Zen is IT.
Rating: - Very nice MP3 player without the brand name price
This 2 GB player will fill the bill for anyone. Lots of space for quality music downloads. More button options than a Zen V or V Plus.
Rating:  - Bought 3 of them - 2 broke immediately
I would be happy to give this product 4 or even 5 stars except I bought 2 of them and one froze up within 2 days and I had to return it. I used the store credit to get another one and it died within 2 days of activation as well. I won't buy another and wanted to get this data out there for you.

I bought two of these for family members for Christmas based on all the reviews I read.... Neither one worked! One wouldn't turn on at all, and the other worked for one day, then stopped. I have had to return both of them, much to my disappointment. I wouldn't recommend buying!!!!

This is avery simple to use MP3 player, with many features.
For average poeple (even Ipods user) this is the right mp3 player for you. I found few problems related to this mp3 player:
- Only support windows, you need to work more hours if you are a Linux or Mac user.
- EQ is 5 bands only: 80Hz, 250Hz, 1KKz, 4KHz and 13KHz. So if you are a Xtreme quality music enthusiast this is not the mp3 player for you (you need a expensive headphones to compensate the quality, $40 and up). ... Read More
