I COULDN'T GET REGISTERED BECAUSE I DIDN'T DOWNLOAD IT FROM THERE SITE.
AND COSTUMER SERVICE (SUCKS) NO HELP I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.

McAfee VirusScan Plus 2009 1-User is a very solid antivirus software package that also scans your computer for any security threats out there. Although some people hate this software, it works well for me and I am impressed by it. The installation was quite easy and I had no difficulties with the software after I installed it. Moreover, the updates from the Internet from Mondays through Fridays make me believe that McAfee is on top of things with this antivirus/security threat program.

WARNING -- McAfee VirusScan does not work with Internet Explorer 8. I bounght this product and found the product would not work on my computer. McAfee customer support did not help with the problem. After doing independant researh I discovered VirusScan was incompatible with the Imternet Explorer8 which was running on my Vista operating system. I bought this to remove a Virus and it won't work. Support (in India) took 30 minutes of my time. Made me installed it on another Virus free PC so they could get the registration. Waisted 30 minutes of my day and then told me for $89.00 I could have access to Tech support. Services S _ ck's. I will not buy Mcafee again.

I recently bought and installed this product.Worked OK.After a few days I started getting a message that my computor wasn't fully protected and that I needed to register the product.Fine.To date I haven't managed to register the product.A pop up registration window doesn't function.E mails to McAfee have been a waste of time.They are fixated on an Anti virus program I have installed on a notebook computor.
I would not buy this product again.
