I had been a loyal Norton customer for over 12 years. In the past I would have recommended their products. Not so with Norton 360 V2 or anything else. This product comes with a backup feature which allows you to put your files on a disk or online. I backed up my files using DVDs. When I tried to access the backup files, they would not open. Of course for security reasons, they were in some form of a Norton protected format. Nothing but Norton will open them and even the Norton program would not work! ... Read More
Rating: - DO NOT BUY! Worst Norton Product EVER!
I have been an avid Norton Symantec user for over 13 years. This is the worst product EVER. It slows your system down so much that I had to disable most of the features, which an average user will not know how to do.
My biggest complaint is that once the "virus update" expires.. it renders the entire software useless. I couldn't even go in and make simple changes to the settings, nothing to do with the virus update feature. PLUS A pop-up comes up everyday twice a day begging me to buy ... Read More
Rating: - Run! Save yourself!
Norton 360 is an utter disaster. You will lose the ability to right-click, as doing so causes Windows Explorer to crash, every time, if this program is installed.
This was true for me on two separate machines, both less than a year old.
