I purchased this laptop for work and after less than six months the hard drive crashed. Ok, I know that this can happen, but it's how it's handled that matters. I called Toshiba who referred me to a local Toshiba-authorized repair center. After two weeks, I was told to call in to see the status of the repair. Instead of replacing the hard drive, the repair center had been directed by Toshiba to replace the motherboard. They did, but the hard drive still wouldn't work. After another two weeks ... Read More
