First off, Amazon rocks for getting this sent to me by Christmas Eve, despite the current 3-6 week wait. My friend was thrilled I got this in time.

This monopod is great. It's not super expensive and it gets the job done. I really didn't want an expensive one because I knew I wouldn't use it tons (though given how much I'm pleased with this, I might now).
