I had written a couple reviews regardingthis product, my first experiance was horrible. I had to send the laptop back due to a faulty keyboard. FInally i recieved a new one an it is wonderful. Works like a charm! This laptop is amazingly beautiful! Gorgeous pink croc on the outside and a beautiful pearly pink inside! I love this laptop!
