I was in the process of replacing my desktop PC. I had to go through three PCs before I got one that worked. The first two I had to keep power cycling it after they locked up(returned them). I decided I needed a laptop for when I was away from home. I decided to go with a brand name I could trust. I bought this computer several weeks ago and it was just a let down. If you are doing the basics like email, using websites, etc..then this computer will be great for you. I just don't think this computer handles the demands of vista very well and at times it appeared to run slowly for me. I am returning this computer and either getting a better pc laptop or buying an apple.
Rating: - This computer is truly top of the line
I love my new computer so much it is a really great price and a great deal I have not had any problems with it and it runs very fast and well. Amazon was the cheapest place I could find it ordering online! I can't describe how great this computer is plus it's a very cute color and just has a nice layout about it, it is the best purchase I have made since I bought my ipod around 3 years ago :)
Rating:  - Nasty reflection in the screen, lack of touch pad on/off button
This laptop was chosen by wife for her work on papers and reports. We liked the perfect finishing, the touch of the keys on the keyboard, but we have overlooked a few quite substantial annoyances:
1) The screen is very glossy, almost glass like, and in many situations it reflects massively light, for example from windows or spot lights. In some conditions you can almost use it as a mirror for personal grooming! Simply stunning that a company like Sony would commit such a blunder.
