tried it on two mce computers.Multiple crashes and issues.works fine on its own but not with another tuner.Junk overall

If you think you will watch good tv with this item, forget it! You have to be very lucky if you live or are located in the right spot in other to get a good reception. Worst, the antenna did not get me any good signal. The software crashed several times and had to try it in other laptop, but then the remote control did not work properly. This product and its software are not ready yet for the market. Don't waste you money on it.

This is an updated version of this product. I first saw it in July 2008. I was unaware of that initially and I first bought the older version that does not tune Clear QAM or FM. Since these features didn't work, I contacted Pinnacle's support. They were completely useless, they drug me around for weeks trying this and that until I did a whole lot of research and found there were two models of the same product.
