Have always been happy with HP products and this printer is no exception. Though delivery was a bit slow, overall I am pleased with this purchase.
Rating: - Great little printer
This really is a great little printer. I moved from an all-in-one canon MP170 to this printer to free up valuable desktop space, and I find that when printing photos on glossy stock the color representation is better on this HP than on the more expensive Canon MP170. The paper feed path is part of what saves space here, both in height and depth. Rating: - design fault
I bought the printer on the strength of a NY Times glowing price to value review, obviously, the reviewer had never used it. The paper feed and the paper exit overlap and the pages are spewed onto the floor as in an old man vs. machine Laurel & Hardy movie.
The second problem was, when trying to determine if I was using it properly or if a part(tray) was missing I had to deal w/ HP's on line service rep. whose innate politeness - 'I am your servant' - indicated he was off shore, couldn't ... Read More
