Rating: - Awful little printer
1. No connection cord to the computer
2. No black cartridge (as other people have stated); I thought this wouldn't be a problem since the printer is cheap but it's still annoying.
3. I can't use it. Every single time I try to use this printer, I get a paper jam error. I can't print anything. the price was so low i thought the unit would be total junk but after i got it i was surprised the unit was terrific. dealing with amazon is just great.

Rating: - You get less than you pay for!
This printer came without black ink and without the cord to attach it to the computer. It doesn't have enough memory to print a long address list and the memory can not be increased under options. There is no help section on the installation disk. It is O.K. for small jobs and that is all.
