I don't have any previous experience with digital photo frames, but this one was pretty easy to load images on. I recently purchased this frame as an anniversary gift for my in-laws. We went ahead and uploaded some family photos on it so it would be ready to go when they got it. I did have some trouble initially getting the images on my SD card to play on the frame, but then I formatted my SD card on my computer, and saved them on the card again.
