Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I'm happy
Compared to my linksys router, this thing is terrific.

I am using Trendnet's Wireless N usb module in a computer in a dog house which is about 150 ft from the house. It is going from the doghouse through a couple garage walls to the access point. It works flawlessly.

Not only that but the wireless G part of it also works much better than my Linksys. I have the Linksys closer to my wireless G notebook than the Trendnet AP. The signal strength for the Linsys connection ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - You Get What You Pay For
Upgrading your wireless home network doesn't have to cost a fortune. This TRENDnet gadget is moderately priced and gave my home network a moderate boost in speed and distance. It was simple to set up and I am glad I bought it.

Sure, we'd all love to work with thousand dollar systems that connect your network to the treehouse in your neighbor's backyard, but when you can only afford a system for your 2500 square foot house, this one will work just fine.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good product...I think
This is a small device and installation is very easy. Does it deliver on the extended range and speed promised by 802.11n? Many of the other reviewers seem to think so, and I tend to agree since I've been happy with other TRENDnet products in the past.

In my situation, this did not prove to be the case. It only delivered marginally higher signal strength than the existing 802.11g router, and I suffered a lot of drops in my connection. I ended up using a HomePlug/powerline bridge to ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Works like a charm
Plugged this into a Linksys wired 10/100 DSL/Cable 4-port router to add wireless capability for our Wii. I just followed the quick setup instructions and it was working with no problem. WPA/WPA2 security was a breeze to setup.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Average at best
I purchased this for my Dell laptop, comcast Internet high speed service, and I live in a 2 story town home with basement. It was fairly easy to set up and it works fine, but I don't see the added boost compared to my super G router. Plus, this router has a habit of slowing down on certain sites. When I switch back to my super G signal, the computer work better and I feel faster. The positive is that the signal is better, but only by a few bars, from very good to excellent. I still believe that ... Read More
