A Class 1 USB 2.0 device like this one really improved bluetooth stereo audio coverage in my home as compared to Class 2 USB 2.0 dongle it replaced. Where I'd walk around the house or outside with class 2's 10 meter range it dropped out frequently, but this class 1 dongle with much higher RF output extends the range throughout my mid sized ranch home and out to the borders of the .25 acre lot.
