Easy to use, speedy as all get out and a sleek design. Love it!
I partitioned this and use half as my Time Machine drive for my mac. I am tickled with the data rate that it pushes when it backs up.

Got this to replace a shoddy Western Digital MyBook that just stopped working. So far this drive is doing fine after 3 months. A little bit noisy.

Finally an external drive that can hold it's own alongside a Mac, I'm surprised this wasn't designed by Apple! It has a very sleek, minimalistic design with a 'piano gloss' finish that fits well either on your desk or as part of your home theater.

Bought this to back up my system and free up some space on my hard drive. worked right out of the box and did what it was suppose to do - truly plug and play.
PRO: amazing price for the storage allowed. beautiful design that is low in profile, yet sophisticated and sleek.
CON: short USB cable. if buying, might want to invest in a longer USB cable - unless you are going to keep it next to your computer.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. I was lucky to live near a UPS depot since the order was slated for 5 to 8 day (Free Super saver). I ordered late Sunday night and got it mid day Tuesday (Thanks Amazon). Setting up the drive took about 5 mins. I immediately partitioned it and let Time Machine do a backup.
