I received a completely non-functional battery. This might possibly be a counterfeit product since the battery lacks the usual Palm metalic holographic seal.

The battery was received earlier than promised and is "as advertised". I am using it in my Palm Centro currently.

I usually don't talk for that long on this phone, but I'm a heavy pda, texting, and data user, which causes the battery to drain, somtimes through the full charge in one day. The only complaint I had about my wonderful Palm Centro phone was the fact that the battery would sometimes die near the end of the day, before I had the chance to go home to charge it.
