I am using this for a Seagate FreeAgent Pro. Works fine, appears to be a quality cable.
Packaging was easy to open, consistent with Amazon's policy on packaging.
Price is fair, but a few dollars less would get this cable 5 stars!

I ordered this eSATA cable after ordering two other less expensive ones from Meritline. The ones from Meritline do not have a long enough shaft on the plug ends and don't fit snugly. Therefore, you have to do a lot of pushing and tweaking to get it to connect to your eSATA device and get your computer to recognize the eSATA device. This cable arrived on time, as described.
The cable is thick sturdy, seems durable and doesn't bend that easily..
Unfortunately for my specific setup this was not convenient since my eSata expressCard comes out of the right of my notebook.
So the cable was right in the way where I have my mouse...
