Printmaster - Platinum Version 18Although I have used Prinmaster and Broderbund for over 15 years, I am totally dissatisfied with this product.
It advertises 1,350,000 graphics, however over 1,000,000 require Internet access but the program refuses to connect, even for registration.
On the registration icon it clearly indicated that one of the offerings expired several years ago, which is OK because it won't connect to the Internet anyway. A years subscription to the Million ... Read More
Rating: - A major disappointment...
I've owned several earlier editions of PrintMaster and have loved them all...but 18 is a trainwreck. Probably the biggest disappointment is the limited access to the million+ art. I loved having the images on CD/DVDs instead of having to connect to the internet. Broderbund is assuming all of their customers have access to 24 hour high speed internet when that isn't true. I cannot always connect to the Internet so I'm out of luck when I am working on a "quick" project but can't access the templates ... Read More

This is a must have for making address labels, business cards, greeting cards and more. I am very happy with this product and I'm glad a friend told me about it.

I love Printmaster products. Version 18 works well with Vista Home Edition. I've had no major problems except for the fact that I sometimes have to have broderbund.com opened up in a web browser for it to download the projects. That's also my only caveat with this program. Most of the projects require a internet connection to download pictures and projects. I have dsl so its not a problem, but people using dial up, beware.
