This is the fourth MADDOG DVD Burner which I have purchased (The first lightscribe version) and they all perform flawlessly. Manufacturer product support and firmware upgrades, are by comparison exemplary. Have tested the lightscribe function and it works great. A great bargain for the price! On a side note, my experience has taught me that an initial investment in higher quality media (Verbatim, Tayo Yuden)will yield better quality results both when burning and for long term storage reliability. ...
