The toner cartridge works just fine. This company has trust issues with its customers. Maybe it's about to go out of business, I don't know. Be very careful, and don't expect any help.

I ordered 2 black toners and 3 colors from these guys. The first black toner has worked perfectly. Unfortunately, all 3 color toners had the pull seal partially pulled and did not work. My first contact attempt yielded nothing. In my second contact I said I'd have to contact American Express if I didn't hear back. Shortly afterwards I received a call from these guys where I couldn't get a word in edgewise saying if I proceeded and left poor feedback on Amazon he would sue my company and ... Read More
Rating: - Horrible, DON'T BUY
This product is simply awful in all ways.
First, it came with a broken piece of the front cover, so it couldn't be installed normally (actually it shouldn't have been able to be installed at all, but I tried to use some imagination to make it work).
For that I changed the piece from the old used one, and after 15 minutes (This wasn't something easy to do, believe me)I managed to swap.
