Rating: - "Dryer-hot"? Not exactly.
I want to love this thing, especially with what it cost me and how many years I looked forward to owning a towel warmer. Unfortunately, after a couple weeks of use I can report that it's quite disappointing. Does it fit a bath sheet? Technically... but the larger the towel, the more you have to cram it in, and the more densely the fabric is packed the less it heats up evenly. I have tried it under the following conditions, with the following results:

I ordered this towel warmer as a Christmas gift for my wife. The instructions state, "For best results use a standard bath towel measuring approximately 30in x 60in (76cm x 153cm). Use 100% cotton or cotton blend towels." I read the reviews of people griping about either how small it was or how great it was and took a gamble. My gamble paid off. I've had my towel spa for well over a year now and am still amazed how wonderful it works. I also have oversized towels, and my towels are sooooo toasty when I get out of the shower. Not sure why everyone else is saying its to small and their towels don't fit. Also, its a "towel spa" - not a "robe spa" - of course it doesn't fit a robe. I got this for my husband for his birthday. I was a little hesitant because of some of the negative comments. However, he loves it. He unfolds the towel before he puts it in, and says that the towel is very warm all the way through. I don't know how it would be for two towels or very large towels, but for regular sized towels it works very well.
