Product DescriptionToday more and more game launches for the Wii are retro hits or golden oldies originally created for the likes of Nintendo NES, Nintendo Super NES, Nintendo, 64 and Nintendo GameCube. Thrustmaster has created a game pad that will allow gamers to use one game pad for multiple genres of games. The T-Wireless NW is the first programmable and vibrating wireless gamepad allowing users to play Virtual Console, GameCube and Wii games on the Wii! It uses 2.4GHz wireless technology which provides a very respectable 10 meters range. Wireless play is the buzz word in gaming today! The T-Wireless NW is fully programmable thanks to the 'Mapping' function which allows users to reassign all buttons, mini-sticks and the D-pad to ensure a truly customized gaming experience. There are also two functions which will really help gamers maximize their gaming experience: 'Slow' which allows the player to slow down action and 'Turbo' which means the player only needs to press a button to get a power boost rather than making multiple and rapid thumb presses. To top it all off, this gamepad has great ergonomics with a shape that is natural to hold. The rubber coated handles and joysticks ensure superior grip and comfort too.

Rating: - unsure
my husband has been trying for an hour now to get this controller to work with our wii. it says it has to be callabrated. o.k. for how long?? he put the compatable game in & he still can't get it to work. the instructions are terrible. so as of right now we are unsure of how great this controller is. so until we can get it to work i really give it no stars at all.
Rating: - Good button layout
This controllers button layout is more similar to that of a playstation controller than a gamecube controller, which is the reason I purchased it. Me and my friend enjoy playing SFII (street fighter 2)on the wii. So needless to say the wavebird gamecube controller button layout is not the best for a fighting game. Though the buttons of this controller are better placed and sized, this controller is small! I read other reviews, they mentioned it was small but I underestimated it size even then. So ... Read More
Rating: - Controls VC and Gamecube games & has rumble for GC games
This controller works with the virtual console games like Punchout, Super mario RPG and gamecube games on your wii. The big positive over the wavewbird contoller it has a rumble feature which will work in gamecube games. I did notice at times it will lose contact with the sensor but you just have to press connect button on the controller and it works again. I prefer using this controller for GC and VC games over the wavebird and classic controller which I both have. Another negative though is digital ... Read More
Rating: - WARNING - Only compatible with a handful of Wii games
I'm sure the product works great with GC and VC games but it is only compatible with a handful of Wii games (see their website: ts.thrustmaster.com for list) and this note is barely mentioned in the product description.
Rating: - Great wireless controler for cost!
Works very well for me. Only problem is buttons don't stay mapped when you turn it off, but not that big a deal it isn't a huge setup process. For the money I definitely recommend it.
