When I got this order it came right on time.
The problem was it was mislabeled at the factory as it didn't/wouldn't go on my Epson R380 and it was returned for a full refund. It was credited to my account. (The read out on my printer said it was an incompatible ink.)

Rating: - One nightmare..and waste of money
Ordered this product when I used my last tanks in, so that I was ready for
replacing them when they emptied. It took about 5 weeks for the first of the tanks to empty, went to my new supply and took out the two tanks that were needed and replaced them from the fresh pack. Much to my surprise my printer stated that the tanks were not recognized and could not be charged. I tried every trick that I ever learned about changing tanks and none of them worked.

Replacing empty ink cartridges with a generic brand can result in print problems and quality, which is why I prefer to use the printer manufacturer's inks. This cartridge pack supplied looks like a great deal until you begin to load them into your printer. Got them all loaded and ready to go? I purchased this product at Amazon.com through Pc Galaxy. I was a first time buyer at PC Galaxy and would definately go back again. The response time from Pc Galaxy is very fast and so was the shipping! The product is the best price available anywhere for my Epson R380. I go through a lot of ink printing around a hundred pictures or more a week. I needed the extra ink per cartridge. I absolutely reccommend everyone to buy it!
