Rating: - Not Bad, But A Screen Protector Would Be Perfect
I got this case free when I bought my ZEN, so I can't comment on the price point. The case is reasonably thick and put together well. It looks nice too, black with some red edging around the seams. It has openings to allow access to you power/hold button, USB, and headphone jack. On mine, the corners of the pouch where the ZEN sits are open which is kind of strange. The case looks a little dorky in the picture on Amazon.com, but it actually is a good case. We're glad we bought it for the Zen.
Rating:  - NOT FOR the ZEN X-Fi
DO NOT BUY THIS CASE FOR THE X-FI!
It does not have an opening in the back for the On/Off switch and does not have a slot for the external speaker.
This would be an excellent case for the ZEN but not the Zen X-Fi.

This is the perfect case for my creative zen mp3 player. It is lightweight and protective and very accessible.
