This product is very user friendly that anyone can figure out how to operate it. It works like a charm and faxes with ease. We really like this product!
Rating: - Replacement Fax Machine
Our old fax machine died and were tired of dealing with the film type fax machine. The ink jet provides a much better image and is easy to use.

Product was purchased as an occassional use "back up" machine for a small business. I have found that it works well and does what it's supposed to do. Price is right and I have no complaints.

It is a good, all around, basic fax machine.
We use its sister at work (very high volume) and I expect the same quality for many years here at home.

Rating: - Limited use with Comcast phone network
Good value, but all features and commands are not available when used with the Comcast phone network. For example, when the machine is set up for TEL mode (faxes are rarely received), and a fax tone is heard on the phone line, the remote command *9* will not switch the machine to the FAX mode to receive it. Neither will the START command at the machine work. The RCV button must be used to switch from TEL to FAX. This is inconvenient when one is remote from the machine. I have confirmed this problem ...
