Rating: - Small, efficient port layout, works well
I didn't have enough USB ports on my computer (does anyone?) and after looking at a bunch of hubs, picked this one, because Belkin products are, in my experience, of excellent quality and 4 ports weren't enough; I needed 7.
Like everyone else I find the cord length ridiculously short, and the hub is light enough that one needs to be careful that it doesn't skate off the desktop, but it functions perfectly, doesn't take up much space, and is attractive. If the cord were longer I would ... Read More

This is a very good USB hub. Several USB devices can be plugged into the hub without plugging the USB hub into an outlet with the power cord (which I agree is a little short.)

Rating: - It works
I bought this hub to replace one the quit recognizing my devices. This Belkin has recognized everything I've plugged into it.
Rating: - Very small, works great, PWR cable short
I bought this for my laptop that I will be traveling with. I love the size of it, perfect to fit into any nook the case has.
The power cable is WAY WAY WAY to short.
Rating: - Whiny Adapter
When shopping for computer peripherals, I always look for a solid product that simply works while keeping a low profile. What drew me to this particular hub was the fact that it didn't have any lights to draw attention to itself. However upon first use, I was disappointed to discover that the power adapter emitted a shrill noise. Being something that would take up permanent residence in my bedroom, this was unacceptable. I didn't hesitate to return it.
