Rating:  - Decent printer for home user
I have had this printer for 7-8 months, and it has worked quite well for me. I am just now ordering new ink to replace the cartridges that came with the printer.

This is definitely one troublesome printer. I am now forced to buy a real printer. The only good things about this printer is that I can use it as a fax machine.

I bought my printer directly from Epson as a refurb for $36. And it's worth it! I am actually happy with my printer. I print once a week maybe.
The color quality is good. It prints photos well and uses regular paper or fancy photo paper. It's quiet. The software is useful. The copier is just that--a copier and it does the job well.

The printer came in the original box with everything they stated it would have.The box and printer were in good condition from shipment.I received it in a timely manner.I just wish that the printers would come with the USB cord so that it would not have to be purchased separate.
Rating: - Don't buy, piece of C(&P
Can get this cheap, but then pay through the nose for ink. Will not use after market inks. It is not worth the money you have to spend on ink to get this to work. Safe yourself the frustration.
