I use this all the time and I love it. easy to use, plug and play.
The mouse curser function is pretty much useless, but I don't really need it for giving presentations.
If you own an iphone, there are programs out that let you use your iphone to control keynote and power point presentations. You might want to look into that as well.
Rating: - No Keynote driver
I run both PowerPoint and Keynote presentations. When I purchased this device, both the manufacturer's website and the box indicated that this remote could start Keynote presentations (Mac)with the F5 button by installing a driver. However, one is not included in the box or on the website. When I contact the company, it was indicated that there is no driver and there are no plans to have one in the near future. This puts this little device on equal footing with many of the cheaper presentation remotes.

I'm a professional keynote speaker, and while I generally try to stay away from using Powerpoint/Keynote in my presentations (these days, people seem to turn into zombies as soon as a those PowerPoint slides pop up!), sometimes one must them.

Rating: - exactly what I wanted
I don't do a lot of presentations, but I do enough to where I wanted to have one of these handy gadgets at the ready. I was all prepared to buy the model without the mouse. Decided the extra $15 was well worth 4 key items compared to the other model: 1) The USB transmitter is stored in the device. 2) There's a mouse. 3) There's a specific on/off switch to save batteries and so I wouldn't have to use an unusual key command to turn it on/off. 4) It uses regular batteries.

This remote is awsome, It has two features that expand its services, not only for powerpoint, because of its built in wireless mouse.
