I bought this product and had good success with it. Then discovered a compatibility problem between the clix2 and my computer (XP Home Ed 2002 sp2 wouldn't recognize the MTP function of the clix2). Bummer--had to return the clix2. When I called Gomadic to ask if the chargers would work with the new MP3 player I was going to get the gentleman helped me to understand what was needed (he talked at MY LEVEL i.e. simple), and then gave me some other very valuable info that I would need with the new ...
