I was happy with this all in one until I found out that if you scan a 10 page document to pdf, it will open 10 seperate pdf documents. Hence forcing you to do the work of combining all the documents into one pdf. That's annoying! Does anyone know of a setting that can be changed so that it will automatically put all the scans from a "single" "mutli page" scan into "one" document?
Plus it doesn't scan across the network. That's annoying and it sux.

Although I did not buy it from amazon, I feel this is the best place to review it. I bought this printer cheaper than it probably should have been. There was an easyrebate involved. So I was thrilled about that.
When I got the box opened it took about 5 minutes to set it up. I installed the drivers and everything was up and running in no time. It was a real breeze. Rating: - Decent wirless printer... but only scans via USB
I am pretty happy with the networked printing... and even faxing (though I don't need that feature). But what really let me down is that this printer cannot scan via the network connection... only USB. I've confirmed this with Samsung's Tier 2 support. They claim they never marketed it as a networked scanner... but I have to say I feel misled.

I purchased this product strictly because of the price. It is wonderful. Scans are easy. Just use a program to acquire the image with the supplied twain driver, which by the way, is a nice piece of software. And fast. Got my samsung hardwired to my network. My wireless laptops can print to it no problem. Wakes from sleep fast, prints fast, and its quiet. Nothing to complain about. It really is like having a full blown office machine in your home.

We needed to replace a 5 year old Xerox all in one and decided to go with the Samsung 4725FN. The price was hundreds below everything we looked at from HP, Lexmark and Xerox and we're extremely happy with our purchase. The unit prints very quickly from our mixed Mac and Windows network and the print quality is superb. Setup took less than 5 minutes without looking at the manual.
