The side panel features an Intel TAC 1.1 compatible CPU duct and VGA vent. Grid also comes with a front 120MM intake fan and 120MM exhaust fan. I bought this in May of 2007 and it has been great. Airflow is good and the overall volume of the case is low enough for me. That's a very subjective item, but the 120mm fans in front and back are plenty quiet for me.
It's always tough to find the right case but this one I can support 100%. I plan on getting another to house my home theater PC components.
