THis has been a great stand, as I have 3 laptops (1 13" MacBook and 2 15" HP laptops) that this fits all of them perfectly. It is very stable and secure and allows you to type on the built in keyboards easily. The adjustable legs work well to accommidate both the 13" and 15" models and extended battery on one of the HPs.
