Rating: - An excellent price and and excellent choice.
Viewsonic has been a top brand for many years. I bought this one for my mother. It was at a great price and we are very satisfied with it.
Rating: - Horrible customer service
Bought one of these and there was a green tint over the display that was coming and going. Sent it back to them. Cost me $28.00 to ship. They said they would ship a new one to me within a few days. 3 WEEKS LATER THEY SAY THEY ARE ALL OUT OF STOCK. So I asked them to ship a comparable model to me. They said those are all out of stock. So I said I wanted a refund and the customer service rep said a manager would have to call me back. 6 DAYS no call back so I call them again. Another 45 min on hold. ... Read More
Rating: - Viewsonic Optiquest Q19wb
I bought this monitor December 2006, the monitor has a black horizontal line at the center of the screen after about 5 months, which is really frustrating. I had previous good products from viewsonic but I dont have the same faith in them anymore.
Rating: - Great Monitor
While I know some people may want a LCD monitor that has composite video, this monitor is quite affordable, and is great for the price. I have had my monitor since January 2006, and it has worked flawlessly (knock on wood). It is lightweight unlike the CRT it replaced and handled a 325mile move quite well.
Rating: - Works fine (XP)
Automatically adjusts to various scenarios under XP - no drivers required (the computer doesn't even know it has a different monitor). installation couldn't be simpler.
speaker volume is low & adjusting volume is awkward (buried under two layers of menus).
