i really don`t know if this work. i have this item inside my computer and connected

I received this item in a box very bad packed, with no protection at all for this piece, including scratches on its band. I installed it and it does not work. Now If I ask for a replacement, I think I am going to receive a new one in the same condition. I don't get confidence for this provider anymore. At this moment I bought and received another brigde from another provider with no trouble. It was wasted time and wasted money for this purchase!!.
