To start of, I've been using this product for 6 months already and let me tell you what it comes with first. It comes with the tablet, pen stand, "mouse", some drivers, some software i didn't really use and replacement tips.
Now the pen and mouse require AAA batteries. I would not recommend using the mouse at all, it just sucks because it feels wrong when you use it and being "wireless" like the pen doesn't entirely help. When it comes pen, it isn't bad as what some reviewers have stated. ... Read More
Rating: - Sophisticated work Tool
I have found the Genius PenSketch to be a really sophisticated and precise work tool for graphic design. It is very customizable. I use it mainly with Photoshop CS and Word 2007. It works well both with with Windows Vista on my laptop and with Windows XP on my desktop. It also comes with its own software which has some interesting features which I have not yet had much time to explore. Rating: - The Tablet didn't function.
My PC (Windows XP) couldn't recognize the item (this was after the drivers were installed). There was no troubleshooting to be found and the directions only explain that which doesn't need an explaination. I immediately sent it back and about 3 or so weeks later, amazon gave me a full refund. If you are going to try this item, buy it from Amazon directly so you can get a good refund if it doesn't work out.

I wish I had thought to read reviews before I bought the Genius PenSketch! I love the size and pixel-to-pixel relationship and the feel of the pen.
BUT! as other reviewers have mentioned, the pen is a bit jittery and there is the totally unworkable problem of random auto right-clicking which is driving me completely insane.
Support seems to be non-existent - manual is hopeless, there is no useful FAQ or troubleshooting on Genius website and I got no response to an email.
