I like logitech and I usually will buy a logitech mouse. This one is perfect for your laptop it is small and the cord wraps and snaps onto the mouse.

i love it. its like the baby bear: its not too big and not too small. perfect for travel and for everyday use. its very durable. ive slammed it into many tables while moving my laptop with it connected. ive yanked on the cord. ive smooshed the usb connector on pillows and such while the laptop is on my lap. the mouse itself works perfectly. cord wraps around the base fairly easily for transport. only problem is that you must wrap the cord very tight in order to snap in. some people might ... Rating: - Exactly what I needed for travel
I wanted a small optical mouse to use when traveling and this one looked to be my best choice. I have had a chance to use it quite a bit over the last 6 months and I have no complaints. It's a great little mouse, that fits nicely in my bag and no loose wires because the cord wraps around it and clicks in. A good choice for travel use or those with limited space.

Its nice and portable, but it moves way too slow. I put the mouse speed all the way up and it's still way too slow....not very impressed...

The mouse is nice and light and the scroll wheel even works, which is more than I can say for my previous mouse. The only complaint I have is how the cord is wrapped around the bottom part of the mouse after you are done using it. The reason this becomes annoying is because you have to tightly wrap the cord and if it isn't tight enough the usb connector won't be able to reach the place on the bottom of the mouse where it is supposed to snap into.
