although the graphics are far inferier 2 the newer games, the gameplay is still better then any basketball game out there. I have espn 2k5 and 2k6 and I find myself still playing this game because it is more fun and you can create and draft players and even put in codes 2 bring back hall of famers and basketball stars. like jordan, hakeem, ewing, reggie miller, pippen, etc.

This game has so many options to choose from especially in the create-a-player menu form all branded shoes to cornrows headbands wristbands and fingertape. The Graphics clearly is better than nba 2k3's. So my advice to u is get this game because the gameplay and graphics are better.

I have been playing this game for a couple of months now. It is very addictive. I have enjoyed it a lot. The only other basketball game I have played before it NBA Live 2001 on the PC. This game is much better than that one. I got a good price on it too. It was well worth the money. One of the things that makes it addictive is the create a player options, that allow you to create players. I played NBA Inside Drive 2002 and at first I was slightly disappointed at how it looked compared to other b-ball games. Then when 2003 came out I got it and was immediately impressed. You can tell the difference between the two games, and 2003 is hands down a much better game. I've played NBA Live and didn't like how fast-paced it was. NBA Inside Drive 2003 is made by the creators from the NFL Fever franchise. good simple games that are easy to play and lots of fun.
again, for more serious gamers, you might want NBA Live, but for those who just want to play, get Inside Drive 2003.
the players all look realisitic and the introductions are awsome! the game also includes Michael Jordan and some of the newer rookies like Manu Ginobili. the game doesn't include Yao Ming, but you can create him.
