Rating: - Good print, but problems
I love the output of Epson products. This printer had so many problems so quickly. I was really disappointed in the quality of the machine. The pump went bad about a day after the warranty expired. Had some other minor problems too. I cant say not to buy it, but it just irks me that everything made these days seems to be disposable.

Thats the good news.
Bad news is the ink cartridges,
which are very expensive, seem to
dry out on their own as well as report
back falsely that they are empty.
I am looking at two cartidges here which you
can see ink inside but are reporting
that they are empty. If they are empty the
printer will not work even if you are
printing black.

I have almost always bought Epson printers for use with my Mac because I felt that the quality of the prints were great when the printer worked properly. The problems are unfortunately, numerous. First and formost with the 960 is the fact that local stores do not carry ink cartridges for it and when the printer runs out of ink, it won't print. Rating: - Awesome photo printer
I bought this printer when I started doing digital photography artwork. The quality is EXCELLENT, absolutely stunning. I am ecstatic with the quality! I've had this printer for over a year and have had no problems at all. The replacement ink is not available at my local stores, so you'll have to order online. That's the only downside I can think of with this great printer. Enjoy!
